Mini and Micro Hurdles
Description

Two sizes of hurdles for foot speed, technique and plyometric drills

The Hurdles provide a physical barrier to step over which encourages the correct leg mechanics of toe up, heel up, knee up. Mini and Micro hurdles are great tools for:
  • Developing and reinforcing correct stride technique
  • Arm action
  • Controlled Plyometric (Jump) Training
  • Fast Footwork
  • Agility
  • Lateral Speed


The durable, lightweight, PVC tubing will tip easily if stepped on to ensure safety, can be used anywhere, and are weather resistant.

The Micro Hurdles are ideal for fast footwork and agility drills, and also as a progression for young or smaller athletes. Both hurdles are designed to fall over if knocked to ensure safety.
