The Resistance Tube is available in four levels of resistance .

The Reebok Resistance tube relies on elasticity to create resistance, which may be easily manipulated to suit your level of strength. In terms of safety, there is no weight to drop or to lose control of and no unnecessary force through the spine. Exercises form a great progression to barbell exercises with technique cross over and foundation strength enhancement.

The variety of exercises that the Tube supports ensures that principles such as muscle balance and technique development can be applied. As you progress you may increase the speed of the movement or the resistance by increasing the pre-stretch of the Tube.
