Single Foot Balance
Classification    
Balance - proprioception and stability
Equipment    
None
Instructions
   
Stand on one foot for 20 seconds. Repeat on the other leg. Now, return to your first foot and make quarter turns, pausing for 5 seconds at each turn. Repeat on your other leg
Key Points
   
Focus on your 'glutes' as stabilisers.
Progressions
   
Close your eyes and progress to single leg clockwise hops with your eyes closed!
