Instructions |

Players stand in a line facing the Coach. The Coach, who is about 10-15 m away, signals (with an arm) to the players to move in a given direction - left, right, backward, forward, jump up or hit the ground. Cued by sight, the players have to react to the Coach's command. |

Key Points
The distance between players should aim to remain the same. Encourage players to communicate i.e. repeat the command to each other i.e. when Coach has instructed left, all players shout, 'left, left, left..!' |
Progressions
Use verbal instead of visual cues i.e. 'left, down etc..'. To challenge concentration apply a colour to a movement i.e. red = forward, green = down, etc.. |
