Instructions
Sit with a DiscOsit under your tailbone and place your hands at your sides for support. Focus on your 'trans abs' supporting your legs as you raise them off the floor to approx. 90 degrees. Slowly extend one leg and return to start position.
Key Points
Breathe out
as you extend your leg. Maintain body alignment - do not curl forward
as your leg returns towards you.
Progressions
Reduce the supporting role of your hands and/or extend both legs
together.
