Functional strength - pulling and pushing from a solid base
Equipment
Core Strength Bar
Instructions
With a firm grip of the Core Strength Bar, knees slightly bent and core 'switched on', react to your Coaches call of, 'Pull!' or 'Push!' Aim to move your partner off his feet.
Key Points
Maintain correct body alignment. Do not hold the Core Strength Bar by the rubber stops at each end.
Progressions
Single arm only.
