Functional strength - pulling and pushing from a solid base
Equipment    
Core Strength Bar
Instructions
   

Hold the Core Strength Bar with alternate hands i.e. partner 1 right hand, partner 2 left hand, partner 1 left hand, partner 2 right hand.

With knees slightly bent and core 'switched on', react to your Coaches call of, 'Pull!' or 'Push!' Aim to move your partner off his feet.
