Equipment
Swiss Ball
Instructions
Stand behind the ball with your knees just touching and your hands
resting on the ball. Lean and rock forward so that your bodyweight
comes onto the ball and your feet off the ground.
Key Points
Squeeze your
glutes and maintain a neutral spine.
Progressions
Raise one arm off the ball
and/or opposite leg!
