A Swiss Ball and DiscOsit
Instructions
   

Sit neutral on a Swiss Ball with both feet on the DiscOsit. Maintain position.

Key Points
   
Aim to keep the Swiss ball perfectly still and sit tall.
Progressions
Move your arms in a 'running action' style. Take one foot off the DiscOsit.
